"The hotel is okay, clean, tidy. but the furniture is very beat up floors are scratched, and it looks very run down and used on the inside of the rooms. "

"Room was good, bath tub faucet dripped. Hot water in shower was not as hot as the bathroom sink, which was disappointing. Facility itself was clean and pool was clean with comfortable chairs at poolside. Breakfast was a disappointment, (this trip was our second time staying at the facility), back in October breakfast included Sausage and Eggs. This trip those were omitted from the breakfast menu.😔 At this time, not sure there will be a third stay at the facility. "

"Great breakfast, clean room, polite staff. The front desk needs a bell or phone to contact employee because they are in the office in the evening and didn’t come out for 20 minutes. Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!"

"Room was clean. There was mold in the bathroom. The fan was very loud and noisy. Good breakfast. Internet very slow Lighting in room awful. It was way too dark."

"Newer place and it was close to shop La and foods. They don’t clean your room entail after 4 days but will gladly give you more towels. Gulf Shore and Orange beach are roughly 20 minutes or so."

"This was our second stay here and it was a good as the first. Great stay, only negative is the breakfast bar could use a little upgrade. Everything else was great, clean newly renovated rooms, comfy beds, nice staff."

"It wasn’t terrible. The bathtub was leaky and had water stain on the drain from the leak. The lamp shade should have been wiped, there were some questionable spots on it. Some of the towels were stained with dark spots. Cleaning staff could improve a notch or two. Those are the only complaints. Breakfast waffles were delicious. The a/c ran great, which in this summer heat, good a/c is a must. A great location. Friendly staff."

"Only one elevator working, while going up, it shakes and sounds rough as it begins stopping. Rooms were a little dated. Staff and breakfast were great. Good location with a nice bar and grill next door."
