"When we arrived there were no carts to haul our luggage to the room. We had to make multiple trips and the room was a pretty far walk from where we unloaded our luggage. The parking lot was a very long walk from the room. Our room was clean and the pool was nice. I’m rating it an overall 3 star because of the parking and not enough luggage carts and too far to have to walk to get to your room. "My stay was very nice and a complete change from stats in past. I can really tell that a corporation has custody over everything.
I ate at all the restaurants on site and have to say that I believe the menu is tired at Latitude 30 and is dire need for revamping. I ordered the Pork Chop (Medium), Beans and Mashed Potatoes and water for beverage. "Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean."
