The motel is pretty dated. You sure can’t beat the location though. Ac worked good. Parking was good. Beds were comfy. Semi cleaned daily. Overall good location if the trip is to be at the beach. Good central location.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are dated but served their purpose. The ceiling paint was peeling and bubbling which made it feel uneasy upon entrance.

Overall a good place to stay for the location and a lower budget. The room stays cold with the AC, comfy beds with extra pillows, and nice staff. The ice cream shop attached is a nice addition if you want a sweet treat. The rooms could use some detailed cleaning (lamp shades, dusty walls) but the most important parts are very clean. The beach access is across the road, not directly on property. I would definitely recommend this place!

There was an electrical outlet that was hanging out of the wall bare wires and all Room 209. This was behind the dresser and also had the Microwave plugged into it. The beds were uncomfortable for what we had to pay per night to stay. We had to take our own garbage out as there was not anyone cleaning our room during our stay. We also to requested additional shampoo and conditioner. These are standard items for hotels ~ not sure why those simple items were not addressed.

Good air conditioning, friendly staff, and great water pressure, but elevator broke down while we were staying there and we were on the 4th floor which was inconvenient.

Bed had hair in it…so, that was gross. Great location at a good price. If I was 18 on spring break, I would have thought it was awesome. It’s old but reasonably maintained; decently clean. Location is the key…and cheap compared to everything else. If you don’t care about being in a….2 star(?)…then this is the place.

This property isn't as described on Expedia. They do not have breakfast, they do not clean rooms, the shower head was almost falling out of wall, and it just wasn't a good experience. This place should not have RESORT as part of their name.

me and the kids were more than happy to go to the hotel. it was near the beach near food had ice cream right down stairs pool up stairs that was so fun ! room was clean had 3 beds tv worked ac worked and heat worked. would recommend

I traveled with just me and my 10 year old daughter. We had a great time, close beach access, cold fridge with freezer section in room, pool was wonderful. Shower had hot water and everyone was really nice.

It was disgusting and filthy. I was up all night afraid of bugs. Bathroom floor was filthy. The three twins beds in room ??? Elevator was disgusting Staff actung like I was bothering them to check in. We booked by mistake. WHAT A MISTAKE.

Property location is great, but we had issues with the AC working. We asked the front desk to take a look but our AC never got below 75 degrees in the room.

Great place to just stay and sleep at. Not much else to do. Staff was awesome especially Dea. Comfy beds and great ice cream. Worth the money as it's a cheaper stay and to walk across the street to the beach.

Two years ago we stayed there. It was in poor condition then, but the staff was kind and the facility was clean. We just stayed for our second and last time. Staff was the opposite of friendly, and not clean in the least. It was not cleaned before we our stay (though the beds were made). The pool chairs were all broken so we don’t swim, and they no longer include breakfast despite what it says on their amenities. We had a room with three separate beds; no hangers for clothes, no table, no chair. The remote for the TV don’t even work. It was a short stay that goodness, otherwise we would have left early. Must be under new management from previous visit. Do not recommend.

It is a 3-star hotel—much better than many others in the same category. It boasts a good location, ample parking, and a safe environment. With a few minor domestic touch-ups, some small repairs to the pool, and the replacement of a few mattresses, it would easily earn another star.

The door was very hard to open, had to shove very hard to open. Ceiling had paint peeling and bubbling. The floor felt like it had a film on it. The TV was dark and did not adjust. Only plug for the coffee pot reach across the bath closet area, weird. Only stayed one night, did not feel safe, the grounds were filthy. They did give me a refund for the unused days but not the one night. : (
