"Pros: The location is downtown in walking distance to a lot of attractions. Cons: The location is downtown near a lot of attractions. Restaurants and clubs also. Those clubs(music and people outside) can get really loud and disturb you if you're a light sleeper. No hotel garage. All parking is on the street(paid) or in nearby parking garages(paid). During my visit, one of two elevators was out of order. The working one was "glitchy". It would go to a chosen floor and the door wouldn't open. Specific to my room-The door rubbed against the frame so I had to lean on the door or pull really hard to make it close all the way. Half the lamps were out. The couch was in terrible shape. Flat coushing with no support. "

"The Days Inn staff was professional, polite and helpful, the physical condition of the property was excellent and the amenities offered were as good or better than hotels that charge much more. My husband left two pairs of shorts in a drawer in our room and Days Inn shipped them to our home at no charge. That's going above and beyond. "

"While the hotel looks nice and is generally clean, dealing with the staff was very difficult. I was overcharged and had to spend weeks contacting them repeatedly to get a refund. It was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. It will be very hard for me to stay at this hotel again. "

"Housekeeping leaves A LOT to be desired. There was poop droplets on the bathroom floor. Shampoo and conditioner from the wall dispenser was running down the wall in the shower. There was also a 2 1/2 inch tree roach running around in there that I had to trap with a plastic cup and flush down the toilet. There was a milky white substance that stained the sofa. The desk, mirror, and bathroom counter had nasty smudges and residue on them that you could see and feel. The microwave didn't work. The view of the sunset would have been nice but my windows looked like they were covered in dried saliva. Breakfast was good, but after everything else I shudder to think of what horrors might exist in their kitchen. I would not recommend that anyone stay at this hotel. I mostly certainly will not return... "
