I use this hotel for my staycations to escape the world for a day or 2. Every time I stay staff is always friendly and room is clean. Never had any issues. Only cons is having to pay for parking and breakfast options could be a little better

This property was great, especially if you have to work while there. The room set up was perfect. The only issue is if you are staying on the west side of the hotel, there are lots and lots of train horns, even in the middle of the night

The reservation was for my brother. He was amazed at the spaciousness of the room. His first reaction was, "They might have to kick me out." He said everything was wonderfully and professionally done; very business friendly.

Very clean room. Breakfast offerings were excellent and plentiful. The hotel entrance was strange - almost iunrecognizable - easy to miss - as we did. and unlike most hotels I use. Needs better signage. You have to pay for overnight parking which was a PAIN.and unnecessary.

Everything was wonderful except for the lady that checked my family in. She didn't welcome us to the hotel and never cracked a smile. It took her way to long to confirmed my families 3 room. Then she stopped and helped someone else before she finished with us. Everyone us from the breakfast room and the houskeeping people were friendly and always had a smile. Our rooms were good and the bed and pillows were great.

Here’s a polished, positive review you can post: ⸻ I had a fantastic stay at this new hotel! Everything felt fresh, modern, and incredibly clean. The room was very spacious — much larger than I expected — and thoughtfully laid out so it felt more like staying in a stylish Airbnb than a typical hotel room. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. I especially appreciated how spotless everything was — you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, roomy, and comfortable place to stay that’s near the Legacy Museum and within walking distance of Montgomery’s downtown stores and sites.

We had to call to find the hotel, it was not where maps said it would be. I had to wait 10 minutes to check in, the receptionist could not find my payment information. We were charged $23 to park though it was not disclosed. They wanted to charge us another $100 for our 15 pound dog but waived it after I argued there’s also not disclosed. THEN we got to bed and a train goes by every hour or so and blows its horn LOUD. The AC sounded like a truck engine every time it kicked on. Room 503, don’t take it from me, check it out. All of it. Requesting a full refund.

Overall, the stay was fantastic. We asked the front desk to ask maintenance to warm up the pool as it was freezing! I had to ask again the next day at 4pm and maintenance finally turned it up but it was hours before it warmed even a little and we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. Hit other than that, the room, hotel, breakfast, and outdoor grounds were fantastic. We will definitely come back!
