My shower gel ran out as I’m taking my 1st shower , There was a wasp nest on the balcony , the room was so dark my wife had to put her makeup on outside . $350 per night way more than any hotel in the area . I loved the quiet room , food at the restaurant and staff . "

"The value is in the prime location, but not the room. We paid far too much for a windowless room with stained carpet, no lamp on far bedside table, noisy environment (music from bars, clear conversations from other rooms, footsteps and furniture being moved overhead at 2:30am) and worst of all, variable shower water temp and ultimately a hot water fail. "

"The hotel smelled clean in the lobby and the room we stayed in was fairly clean but the hall ways smelled like an old drunk chain smoker. I guess from the carpet and the stained walls in the hallway. The breakfast was pretty minimum and not impressive at all ,pancakes and packaged muffins and bagels and cereal. "The front desk staff were nice! The cleaning staff first morning didn't speak and head down to avoid. Hotel could use a little more care! Room was clean and fresh as long as a/c unit stayed on, if turned off we smelled all the cigarette smoking happen in other rooms! Yes we called the front desk to complain! Also first night no hotwater but front desk helped quickly! Breakfast was good with good options!"

"I want sure what category this fell under. You had just bought the Coldwater Inn in Tuscumbia, AL. We had to check in 3 different times and obtain 3 different sets of keys. Inconvenient. But no big deal. But i thonk that caused the next issue. Our room wasnt cleaned while we were there and we were there a full week. Had to ask for toilet paper. No made beds, etc. Again. No big deal as it was just my husband and I. Just thought you would want to know how the transition is going. "

"Staff was nice and lobby very clean. No entry from back parking area even though there is a door, that is an inconvenience as a guest. The room was clean however the bathroom still had dirty washcloths and towel hanging on shower curtain. Also the safety certificate in elevator expired in 12/04/25"

"I wish we had known renovations were happening during our stay. Fortunately, we didn't need to nap during rhe day- pounding and drilling and whatnot going on all around us. The pool wasn't open, which made sense, but still wasn't labeled as seasonal (late April in the South) The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast on time and well managed. "We left the room for a few hours with the do not disturb sign on the door the curtains closed and the lights offwhen we came back, the lights were on there was a dirty rag laying on the counter the rag was sitting on my wife’s clothes, and the curtain was partially opened. "Facility is old and our room was in need of repair. There was no ice bucket, no cups, no place to hang clothes. The toilet was loose and wobbled badly. Fairly clean, but old and dingy."
