"Everything was exactly what they said it would be. Very clean open spaces rooms and amenities to die for. They use Dove body products and I have very sensitive skin so I highly recommend you not wasting money on soap. I’m leaving back to dry Vegas and I will miss the hospitality. They could have switched up the breakfast but it was free so it was ok with me. 10:10 recommend"

"The rooms had a stale smell. The plugs in the bathroom did not work. The mattress & sheets had stains on them. There were roaches in the rooms. My niece also stayed & we both had to leave. No way we were staying in those conditions. When we tried to get a refund they rudely told us they do not do that. When Expedia contacted them the denied it all & said they offered us a new room. For us they did not but they did for my niece & it was just as bad. Stay far, far, far away from this place! ...

"The staff was great from beginning to end, starting with the gentleman who checked me in on arrival. He let me know that breakfast was available in the morning and gave me voucher for breakfast, food was good and when I returned to my room from being out all day my room was clean and re-done, the cleaning staff was on the ball. Appreciate the hospitality all staff showed me."

"Pretty disappointing. I usually don’t care much about the room, as long as there’s a shower and a bed for cheap. This place is disgusting. The room I got, 111, is infested with mold. The dehumidifier included in the room is obviously never cleaned or emptied by housekeeping, as it was coated in mold when I opened the tank to drain it. Every day it filled up while I was out, leaving the room at 75% humidity. The shower curtain has mold. 3 of the 4 corners of the room are moldy. There is mold...

"This was the worst hotel we ever tried to stay in got there checked in went to our room the room was trashed and had to use the stairs Elevator didn’t work we got another room this one only had sheets on it no pillow cases no blankets it looked like where someone would stay if you wanted to buy drugs or rent a hooker I cried in the parking lot i was so scared luckily we was able to get another room at there baumont hotel next door we are going to try and get our money back through PayPal I do...

"I was looking at this property and never checked in and they charged me, because Expedia claimed the check in because I never finished with the reservation! And when they realized it they called them to try and get my money back!"

"I loved everything about the location, the looks of the building was cool, well lit parking lot but I wasn't a fan of the the two large covered areas for the smoking area next to the rooms. The gal that checked me in was very pleasant, knowledgeable and polite. My room was excellent. Nice place to stay."

"Enjoyed our stay here. Room was nice and very clean. Bed was comfortable. A/C worked great with no humidity in the room whatsoever. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. I have zero complaints. Would highly recommend."
