"The location of this hotel is awesome. You can easily get to the highlights of Seattle by foot then hop on a bus/train to get back to the airport. These rooms were designed with comfort and detail in mind. The coffee and breakfast downstairs was great. I didn’t have any drinks but the bar was popular. "The room was very nice and clean and enjoyed my stay but would have liked the bathroom to have a door that closed properly and didn’t have glass on it as you wake people up with the light."

"Just a quick solo trip to Seattle and my stay at the Mayflower was exactly what I was looking for. The location is central to all of downtown Seattle. The hotel staff were friendly and felt very safe. The room was cozy but very clean and quiet with all the amenities I needed and more. Would I stay here again, for sure. If I was staying with my wife though, I’d get a the next room up for a bit more space for a small extra charge. Great hotel though. "

"Had a great stay at citizenM. The room was small but perfect for one traveler. I appreciated the attention to details even though the space was small, I didn’t feel as if I was missing out on any amenities. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet (an added charge) was great. The walkability to all the Seattle touristy spots was great as well. "

Clean hotel and food everywhere The only thing I had a problem with was checking in, the person told me the deposit amount was $100 and then proceed to charged be $686 for the hotel when I have already paid for it before hand. It didn't make sense to me since they already told me it was $100 and then charge me nore then I ask for. "

"We just stayed one night in our rooms, but were very impressed with the hotel! Location was great, not only for our cruise, but for walks along the water and into the city for some great food! Front desk was efficient and very friendly. Bartenders made great drinks and were personable/friendly(same for the waitstaff in the restaurant). Best for me was that the rooms were very clean, which is my #1 priority "

"Hotel was recently updated and looked very nice. The onsite bar/grill and fitness center were also nice. Rooms were tastefully decorated and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. However .... the rooms are a bit noisy. When the heat came on, it was loud, then quieted down. We could also hear people noise in the hall and adjacent room- not loud but audible. "
