Kalirejo Hotel Guide - 4 Stars Hotels in Kalirejo, Special Region of Yogyakarta

Everything absolutely brilliant the room is beautiful the staff excellent food delicious

The Resort style property, situated a little away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown, provided an excellent base for the Djogjakarta attractions - the archaeological sites of Borobodur and Prambanan, the karaton of the Djogja Sultanate, Gunung Merapi volcano and forges of the kris masters, not to mention the batik establishments and excellent eateries. While I had not enough time to really enjoy the excellent resort facilities available - golf course, swimming pool etc - the hotel...

5-star accommodation in a culturally rich ambiance -- within a village! Artsy, classy, well-thought-out architecture and decor. There is that homey feel to this hotel. My husband and I are looking forward to another visit/stay. Although most reviews I found on this hotel mentioned the noise from loudspeakers of the mosques nearby, this did not bother us since we have lived in Indonesia for 28 years now...earplugs are available at the bedside for those who are new to these sounds.

Location of the hotel is very strategic. Close to Monumen Jogja Kembali, dan in the crossing of Ring Road to Magelang. It is not centrally located in the city centre, but very easy access to get anywhere else. Room is quite comfortable, spacious, and clean. and in term of price, I think it is very reasonable.

The hotel is in a good location near restaurants if you don't want to eat at the hotel. It is very well maintained throughout, has a lovely swimming pool and pool area and a well equipped gym. The view from our balcony over Jogyakarta was great. The room had a small balcony, mattress was comfortable and it was in general very clean. Breakfast had a fantastic variety with savoury dishes, an Indonesian corner, an egg corner where you can order omelette or whatever egg dish you'd like to have and...

It was quite nice, we stayed there what felt like a long time. The staff were so friendly and helpful, at some point it felt like a second home. Some of the facilities were a bit miss, such as our sink tap just being just broken though still functional. But everything else was quite pleasant. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely go back.

They have a very nice room with clean sheets and clean room. Their staff also really friendly and the breakfast also good. Since i do some work during my trip, having a great WiFi so important, and i was so lucky to stay here because their connection really good. Really recommend this hotel.

Hotel is OK for the money.. but a few drawbacks. The lifts are inadequate for the hotel you wait ages for one. Make sure you don't get a room near the noisy night club. They have a drains problem.. shower had a strange smell. It's supposed to be a new hotel but looks a bit dated here and there. It's not that near the town centre but there is a big new shopping centre near by. But the roof pool is amazing, the views are grand, beds comfy, breakfast good & staff very friendly.

The hotel is situated a couple of blocks back from the end of the runway at Yogyakarta Adisucipto airport. Indeed you can enjoy excellent views of aircraft landing and taking off from the 9th floor rooftop pool area. With 24 hours’ advance notice, the hotel will collect you free of charge from the airport and drop you off when you leave. Like most other hotels in Indonesia, they offer a warm welcome and make you feel very at home. Rooms are
