"Our stay at Sentido Khao Lak was wonderful - we were warmly welcomed and the team did everything to make us feel comfortable and was happy to help us with organizing shuttles to the airport, etc. We enjoyed the really good breakfast in the mornings and the lounges directly next to the sea! "Perfect location for a relaxing stay and brilliant team of people providing fantastic and considered service. However the condition of the rooms from repair point of view is bed, broken tiles, rotten wood fittings, and even plastic plates for service lets it down otherwise a great escape!"

"nice hotel located at the beach. They also have a building with swim-up rooms. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, but could need a little touch up (wood no longer intact, etc.). But overall a very good hotel with a good location."
