"Avoid the breakfast buffet, overpriced and lacking variety! We didn’t inquire as to price as the hostess implied that it was included after taking my room number. Since I had upgraded my room for 2 nights from a single queen to a 2 bed with balcony (an added $120+ @ night) It seemed reasonable that breakfast would be included. Nope, with tip it was almost $80 for two seniors. The quality just wasn’t there.
No glasses in bathroom and chair cushion was zipper side out to hide a stain on the other...

"The staff was excellent. I was in town for a medical procedure and needed a quiet room. The accommodated me and even upgraded my room. They were always friendly and the room was perfect. We ordered food from the restaurant to take up to our room and it was delicious. You have to get the Parmesan fries."

"Hilton is a 4+ star hotel and I found the executive room quite big and realtive very clean.
I have some points that the Hilton Management should review.
1) At first I had booked with a king size bed and then I changed to two double beds. I found that the two double beds do not fit in the room, Better to tell customers that the two double beds are not ideal.
2) The door between the leaving room area and the room was not closing (lever latch was not latching). Door was jamming in the frame. Need...

"スタッフの対応はよく、勝手に出したソファベッドのベッドメイキングまでやってくれた。
キッチンのある広い部屋だったが、食器はあったがIH鍋がないことでお湯が沸かせずに残念だった。電子レンジで代用しましたが。
駅近くで立地も良かったです。ありのうるさかったです。"
