"average at best… the lock mechanism for the bathroom is awful. my daughter got stuck inside twice. dried buggers on the side of one of the bed on the sheet. refrigerator didn’t keep the drinks cool keurig didn’t work but besides that staff was super friendly and helpful they let me park there before my check in time."

"In 5 days, they shut down the lobby and pool multiple times. Once for private events like a wedding, one for a Red Bull event and once for a show that someone was filming. It was a bit disruptive and made guests feel like we didn’t belong there. Otherwise it was nice."

"The cleaning person forgot to put clean towels in our room, when we call reception they put us on hold for more than 5 min therefore we went to downstair and ask for towels."

"As we checked in the desk person let us know all cable was down. Not operating. It would not come on till the next week. We like to rest and order movies. So we canceled and left the hotel. I’m expecting a refund from Expedia"
