"The room I had was facing the city. Room was very surprisingly nice! Bed was very comfortable and nice sheets. There is plenty of shelf space to put things. It is a short walking distance to shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. "

"Good location if you like being close to the pier for traveling to the islands, and having the convenience of a mall right next door. The rooms are average at best and the breakfast buffet could be greatly improved with some traditional breakfast meats and a dedicated omelette station. One thing I found very good was the hiring of the deaf for the positions that do not require regular verbal interaction."

"When built a few decades ago was probably very nice, but it’s now approaching the end of its useable life and unfortunately it has not been maintained or even cleaned much. Biggest disappointment was low quality but expensive food — and it’s a long way to town so you’re trapped. Even Grab gets in on the rip-off by making the ride into town three to four times the cost of the ride from town. "
