"We stayed in the tower with rhe construction and noticed that on Friday morning they started well before 9am (the start time on the letter left in the room). "Loved this hotel, our room had excellent views of diamond head.The pool area was outstanding. Beds laid out with towels ready to use, plenty of towels available to grab whenever needed.it was possible to sunbathe there all day. "UNDER HEAVY RENOVATIONS THROUGH 2027! I've stayed at outriggers in Waikiki many times and this stay was awful. They are undergoing HEAVY construction (no lobby, reduced amenities, elevators constantly down) with constant drilling, demolition, and pounding noise so you can't enjoy the premeses (that's all you hear if you are out by the pool or on the beachfront). They said they had planned fire drills at noon (fine) which proceeded for an hour but are easy enough to avoid. Then at 2 AM THERE WAS...
