"No Airport pick up provided, despite it’s clearly noted in Expedia booking comments. No one from Hotel reached out to me for any details or confirmation. Called them ahead of time to confirm about the Airport pickup and I was assured it will be done but didn’t happen. Requested for additional mattress but despite repeated requests nothing was provided. At the time of check out when I complained about these issues to check out staff rather then believing me, they started to look into confirm...

"They had a truck arriving for construction work at 1am for about an hour …. Then again at 6am at rhe front gate … hence could not get any sleep .. I complain was not offered discount /complimentary … I had the front room near the gate "

"Asked for non smoking room but they put me in smoking room with ashtray in it.
Woke me up in middle of night at 4 am moving tables on first floor complained to receptionist, replied we are setting up tables for breakfast.
Spider 🕷️ was running around on floor.
Lots of noise coming from restaurant.
Breakfast: left over from last night, stale bread, not covered."
