"We were diverted to Chicago and our connecting flight wasn’t until 5:30 the next morning. I did NOT want to spend the night in airport. So glad there was a clean, comfortable and quiet room for us last night. Love that the hotel is literally on the airport campus and we didn’t have to leave. "

"The hotel is perfectly situated for a downtown stay. Our room was a little tight. It had an angled wall which made it feel quite small. Other than that it was ok for sleeping. I wouldn't have wantwd to had to hang out there for too long though. "

"We've stayed at Claridge several times over the years through a few management groups. We enjoy this hotel and the neighborhood. It has a charm about it, is up-to date, and is immaculately clean. The late evening desk staff, however, conducted themselves as if they would rather be ANYWHERE but here. I asked about registering my car but that was not done. The room was for 4 people (we had 2 children) but they provided only 2 towels. We requested more and a housekeeper promptly brought us 2...

"Very pretty hotel with very lovely weekend. Noted that the bathroom sink had a lot of stain marks (maybe permanent), but was clean over all. Staff was very nice, opening doors into and out of the hotel, opening public transportation doors on arrival as well. Pretty good experience, but not much was included in the stay."

"This hotel is in the perfect area, plenty of great food places surrounding an easy to access nice landmarks so a perfect place for someone coming from out of town to enjoy the city. The staff is friendly an accommodating. It would be nice if the rooms had a fridge to keep food in so that may the only negative. Other than that would definitely stay again."
