"My Husband and I LOVED our stay at Loews in KC. We had immaculate customer service from everyone in the place that we talked to especially the front desk workers. They made us feel welcome, made sure we had everything we needed everyday they'd check in and even sent a little goodbye text that's "live" and actual people you text. We both agreed we will forsure be staying here again with our next visit. Thank you Loews and thank you KC for the welcoming stay. -Mr. And Mrs. Richards."

"All of the staff were amazing! We arrived early anticipatipating to just park and return later for check in… But our room was ready! Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. "

"Highly recommend. Room was lovely and roomy. Looked like it had just been renovated (#804). Had wonderful lunch and dinner in restaurant. Staff very friendly. Love the area. Only minor issue was low pressure in shower which I’m hoping is for water conservation."

"This hotel had a very cool museum throughout the first two floors. It was extremely clean and the staff were all very courteous! I walked around by myself in the area for a few miles and it was safe. The theatre and convention center are an easy walk for broadway shows. And the highlight is the Savoy with some of the best food I’ve had in forever. It’s an upscale steakhouse with vegan options. Desserts that were crafted amazingly. Just really really good food! "Check in went well, staff very friendly. Room was nice and clean. Beds not very comfortable (just ok), pillows way too soft. Restaurants just ok. Service s good, food was average. "

"The hotel was nice, the restaurant is good, a bit pricey but good food. The wifi only allows 2 connections and then is extra money per day, also parking is $25/day per vehicle, so those are downsides."
