"The $30 parking fee was not disclosed on expedia and is not in line with local parking fees at a hotel of this price point ($200/night). That left me feeling scammed that i was charged an additional 15% for parking.
The property was close to restaurants and shopping centers but it is not walkable to downtown carmel. The room was nicely furnished. The hot tub was only a warm tub."

"Good place. The floor was very dirty and I needed to wash my feet twice, but it’s a very nice stay. Well maintained, safe space, and fairly quiet. Walls are a little thin. Very nice stay! I enjoyed it there with my fiance."

"This is the second time we are staying at this hotel. The general environment is very nice and the in-room fire place is great. The only disappointment was that we asked the front desk if it’s possible to get a room on the second floor as our ground floor room is super dark and looks out to a concrete wall full of weeds. The receptionist said the only way for us to get a different room was for us to cancel the reservation with the third party (ie expedia) completely and make a new booking...
