"We had a good stay. The staff were efficient and the amenities good. Breakfast was great and a good variety of dairy free / gluten free options too.
Please note, the swimming pool and changing rooms are quite dated and look MUCH bigger in the pictures.
Location is good near Eiffel tower, shops and smaller restaurants.
Room was dated and in need of a refresh but we really appreciated the blackout curtains and aircon in a May heatwave!"

"I came at 4 to check in because that’s what it says check in time is… they couldn’t get me in my room until 4:25 after I complained. The frame which is the restaurant inside of the hotel… customer service is horrible. No one greets you we say for a good 15 minutes before we were finally offered a drink from the bar. I paid $180 to have someone bring me champagne and macaroons with rose pedals to our room at 9am…. Didn’t come until 9:50 and we then had to rush because we had to catch a train....

"The property grounds is dirty. Garbage is all over the front of the hotel. The phone in the room is not working. Was brought to the attention of the front desk but never been address. Requested for the room to be cleaned early in the morning. Put the sign at the door and also informed the receptionist and came back at 245pm but still not clean. Saw the cleaning gentleman on the floor of our room and told him. Went out to grab something to eat and came back after 2 hrs and still not cleaned. ...

"Buena ubicación y en general buen servicio. Lamentable que al momento de hacer el check in traten de venderte servicios adicionales en lugar de ofrecerte una cálida sonrisa de bienvenida. Cuento con la tarjeta de Cliente frecuente de Grupo Accor pero me comentaron que al haber reservado vía EXPEDIA o como la chica en recepción comentó "una agencia de viajes" ,no podía acumular puntos en mi cuenta. Un especial reconocimiento a las chicas de la limpieza que siempre, siempre te ofrecen un "bonjour"...

"The hotel booked a wedding party for the rooftop and restaurant so it was closed to all other guests one night. They did tell us the week before we got there, by then it was too late to find other accommodations. But when we were able to eat at the restaurant it was excellent and the staff is great. Rooms are super small but the trade off is the excellent location."

"The breakfast was great. The laundry facilities were broken and terrible. We had to waste one morning of sightseeing to do laundry at an outside service. They need more elevators at check out as we waited four cycles to check out and bring our luggage down because it was so packed. Rooms were small for four people but good enough. Didn’t ask for Eiffel Tower view but got one anyway with partial blockage by surrounding buildings. Area was not vintage Paris streets more like a 1970s feel safe...
