"Check in staff were great and lovely.
The bartender on duty at the pool was lazy, rude and rolled his eyes when we ordered an additonal drink, saying that we hadn't actually ordered two, just one and now he had to make another one. Food took almost an hour to receive it from the time of ordering.
The bathroom shampoo, conditioner (amenities) were rusty around the bottle, dirty and said "non-refillable" but 2 of the pumps were out of the bottle. Very unhygienic and false advertising. Poor...

"We got the Presidential Suite. It was perfect for our family. I think they could replace the pull out couch that looked like it was all worn out and dirty. The breakfast is always amazing and the staff was so kind and polite. "
