" This was my first time here, and it was really convenient. We had valet parking, and the personnel handled the transition really smoothly. Check-in was simple, and you can see it right away as you walk in.The ambience of the venue was quite sophisticated. They provide additional complementary refreshments throughout the day. "I called ahead to see if the pool was open for the season. I was told it was open. When I got there the pool was closed the whole time I was there. I had only booked to stay there because of the pool."

"Great location and great pricing. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The bartender downstairs was very cool and remembered us from last time we stayed. I had an issue with my remote control and the front desk had somebody up there in 5 minutes to fix it. Walking distance to very many restaurants and the convention center. Very clean rooms and and comfortable beds. Affordable. Easy parking."
