"The staff and housekeeping was wonderful, my husband and I just had an awful experience at a different hotel ( The Lions Gate) that night. So we had to find accommodations at a different hotel. I was so grateful to have found The Double Tree, and it was close by, since we had driven 12 hours from Arizona. The night manager was so gracious and was so understanding. I will be booking with them again in the future."

"The Revival restaurant/bar on property was an absolute mess. They accepted walkins, but we were sent out to tables by the pool. Never was told that there was no table service. Asking another patron, found out that we had to go to the bar to order. They had been open less than and hour and told us they were out of the three things we wanted to order. The server was basically useless and we had to keep requesting what we wanted as he brought a bill after we ordered the first item.

"I booked on a third-party site and when I got there after I let them know that I was going to be checking in later. They downgraded me from a suite to a standard room very loud outside. There are bums and homeless people all over the place. Not what I expect from a five-star motel"

"The parking is a hassle. It’s difficult to access and too narrow to navigate. It’s also not affiliated with the hotel so you have to pay separately. There is no sign for the hotel facing the street and after three times circling for the address I had to have a friend stand in the street for me to find it.
The hotel was amazing and beautiful."
