"宿泊初日の朝食ではエッグベネディクトを注文したが、1時間待っても出て来なかった。 2日目再度朝食でエッグベネディクトを注文したら30分待っても持って来なかったので、催促したらようやく持ってきてくれた。 催促しないと持って来ないのかなと思いました。 またチェックイン時、23時近くで遅かったからかもしれませんが、チェックインでのウェルカムドリンクなどなく残念でした。 廊下のクーラーも効いておらずとても暑かったです。 "

"Great location. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The biggest issues was the lack of soundproofing. You can hear people next door and in the hallways, and the doors slam loudly. "

The bathroom was spacious with a beautiful rainfall shower. The staff were amazing!! Always opening the door upon our arrival. So kind and helpful. I would stay here again. The market was a 5 minute walk and the area was great."

"I accidentally booked two nights instead of one - I made the staff aware so that they could make our room available the second night if they wished too. To our surprise, they upgraded our room and gave us complimentary airport transfer. All the staff were very pleasant and the hotel is lovely! Very convenient location."

"The hotel is located at the end of a quiet street, and Ben Thanh market is five minutes walk. Many shops and restaurants are nearby on the main streets. The hotel staffs are wonderful, friendly and willing to help. The room is clean, except for the bathtub that drips water along the edge of the tub to the floor everytime we shower. The half shower door doesn't really served its purpose. We were told all the bathrooms are like that, so extra towels to line the edge and the floor is required. The...
