"Room was nice and clean. Staff Isabel was very nice and accommodating. The staff first day was not so helpful. I didn’t get her name. The bar staff was not very good. Waited for a drink for 10 minutes. The bartenders never even acknowledged us. We left. It was convenient and clean. Room was comfortable."

"The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot."

"Great location and parking. Although there was a slight issue at check in, the staff was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. The condo was very clean and in close proximity to the pool. Great area for walking and close to restaurants and shopping.
My only con would be to upgrade tvs in the bedroom."

"Pool was fantastic! Rooms need an upgrade. Bars were OK. Outdoor bar was a little small. Front desk staff was fantastic. Very helpful. "
