"The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and accommodating and I was actually surprised at the quality of breakfast! I thought it would just be a basic continental but it was buffet style options. Also, coffee and tea are available 24/7 and that was a really nice treat."

Other then the cold room , it was nice and id go back again ."

"The only negative comment I have is that there is no overhang at the entrance. It started raining right when I checked in so we were unable to unload our luggage until the rain stopped later that evening. Also our shower gel wasn't filled so there was only enough gel for my daughter. I ended up using shampoo to wash my body. "

"I am a non smoker but one would believe I was if you were to walk in my room. My room was reeked of weed. I endured two nights of that! When I told front desk, the guy there said he couldn't smell anything but it might be cigarettes. Either way it was most uncomfortable. Room.never got cleaned linens were never changed, and I was there for four nights!"

"Good stuff: Check-in was easy. All staff encountered were courteous and friendly. Hotel and room was clean. Not so good stuff: I was excited to use the hot tub, but it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days so I decided against it. What really triggered this mediocre review was the bed. Not good. Not comfortable and no support at all. It felt nothing like a plush Hilton experience I’ve had in the past."
