"I expected more from a Hilton, especially as it was listed as a 4-star hotel. The room itself was fine, updated and clean, but service was terrible. The hotel was fully booked and horribly understaffed. Several requests went unanswered (housekeeping services, a request for hypoallergenic bedding due to a down allergy, a broken lamp in the room, not enough luggage carts, food and drink service was horrible, and pool was murky with no towels available). Nothing earth-shattering, but not Hilton...

"We stayed at Landing for 4 nights. It was our 1st time booking an apt. instead of a hotel room. We wanted more space for our 60-lb dog. The apt was clean, neat & cozy. The area was quiet. Customer service was great. I would recommend Landing for the reasons above.
We drove from NY to NC (12-hr drive). On Sunday morning (day #2), we found a boot on our car & had to pay two hundred to get it removed. A few cars had boots on them as well. I believe the area is owned by Landing. I don't think the...

"The apartment was so nice and clean. It was a little confusing on how to get to the unit but the host was very respectful and helpful via call/text message throughout the entire stay. I will definitely be looking for more Landing properties to stay at. "

"The pictures are not accurate. The place is run down. All the electrical in the apartment unit was messed up. Lights flickering, dimming, or completely shutting off. The microwave was glitching. The handles for the showers were both falling off, we had to fix one ourselves. The water pressure to the showers wasn’t great because of how barely hanging on the faucet valve was.
