"The staff was excellent, especially the front desk team, who were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was a little dated but clean.
We chose this hotel over others in the area because the website describes it as elegant and says to “expect nothing but excellence.” Unfortunately, the hotel itself didn’t quite live up to those expectations. While the spa may offer that level of luxury, the hotel could certainly use some upgrades and more thorough cleaning in the common areas.

"Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"

We did not have a paddle when I messaged the host they questioned me if I had looked everywhere which I had or I wouldn’t have sent a message then there solution was to just use the skimmer net. Which did not work and the tub was not hot after 2 hours of waiting. The tub was over filled so when we got in...
