"The hotel was really nice. The staff were helpful and our room was big and spacious. The pool is in a good location had plenty of sunbeds around it and had a poolside bar with snacks. We had a mini bar with free soft drinks in our room, free water and fruit in reception. We used bolt to get to the local attractions and it was reasonably priced. The hotel offered us a package with a private driver as soon as we arrived, which was more expensive than organising ourselves, but we were happy to do...

"La Patta is a very nice hotel, clean and in excellent condition. The staff are super friendly and nice. Their breakfast is great. They also offer free of charge drinks and snack, coffee and sandwiches after 1 PM. It is in great location. You can go to the walking street on the weekend in a minute walk. The night market is also close. I highly recommend it. "

"A really nice property. It's showing its age a bit but still a nice 5 star property. Room was large and has all the expected amenities, breakfast was great and parking is super easy. Only negatives are that checkin wasn't very friendly which seemed strange, but not a big deal, and the little things aren't quite up to a true 5 star resort, e.g. towels are a bit thread bear, gym has old equipment, small 32"(ish) tv, etc. But at the price we paid, it's excellent and exceeded expectations. "Great hotel, large clean and well serviced rooms. Breakfast was varied and good a micture of local and western foods. I would highly recommend this hotel. I found the price reasonable. Within a kilometre of bars, restaurants even close. Staff are amazing. "

"The room was spacious but has some strong alcohol smell in it. Check in staff was ok, not friendly but they get things done. Breakfast staff was much better. Overall, a good experience, will return back to this hotel if I visit Chiang Rai again."
