"The hotel has 3 guest elevators and 1 service elevator designated for staff only. During my stay, 2 of the guest elevators were out of service, leaving only 1 operational guest elevator and the service elevator temporarily available for guest use. This information was not communicated prior to check-in.

"This is my fourth stay within the past two years @ Archer Hotel- Tysons. The beds/bedding are so comfortable and make for a restful night’s sleep. The 11:00 check out time is wonderful! It makes the morning less rushed and the self checkout is very convenient! Also my meals in the restaurant have been delicious and the staff very helpful and pleasant. The prices for the meals are very reasonable!"

"Good luckgetting internet here.I could not get theirs to work, I could not get my hot spot to work.I had them check itand the error messages on their platform and they could not fix them.I told them that due to my work, I could not stay and not get my work done. They stated that because I booked with a third party, they could not help me. I had my third party call them several times at the correct number, and the Westin would not pick up.

"Beautiful hotel -rooms were very spacious, pool was great, bar has nice selection and staff. We were there in March so outdoor pool etc was not open but it looked pretty with waterfalls etc.Spa was nice but very expensive. "
