"Es war etwas schwierig zu verstehen, worin der Unterschied zwischen einer Buchung über Expedia und einer Direktbuchung beim Hotel bestand, vor allem wegen der Bedingungen. Letztendlich gab es zwar etwas weniger Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer (kein Kaffee, Tee, Wasserkocher), aber da das (gut) Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen war, war es insgesamt ein gutes Angebot.

"Ein sehr geschmackvolles, sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel mit vielen Wellness Angeboten und hervorragender Kuche.
Das Hotel ist im Stil der 90er, in einem außerordentlich gepflegt und geschmackvollen Zustand. Die Aussicht von den Zimmern ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und die Betten lassen einen sehr angenehmen Schlaf zu. Gerne wieder.

"Stay was okay. But we had to wait 30 min at the front desk for staff to arrive. When they arrived they did not even care and were rude. The receptionist said the cleaning staff hasn’t done her job and she had to make up for it. But she was saying it extremely annoyed and not saying sorry at all, after I was saying I already waited for 30 minutes."
