"Please beware when considering this property. We booked a premium condo, Ocean View but when we arrived we were not given a room with an Ocean View. We were told that we could not be moved to the correct room and that no compensation would be provided. The manager was very rude and attempted to gaslight the situation.
In addition, when we arrived a used soap bar was in the shower, the tub was not cleaned well and food was left in the cabinets. Initially, the manager asked us to remove the...
