"Amazing rooms and breakfast. Perfect location Very helpful staff."

"Staff were fantastic and rooms comfortable and clean"

"The staffs are very nice and helpful"

"The bed here was completely horrendous. The frame/mattress was unleveled and slanted, to the point where I felt like I was constantly rolling off onto the floor. To make matters worse, the pillow was even terrible. Good sleep quality is essential when traveling, and this fell completely short. I won't be returning."

"We paid extra to get the rooms earlier to sleep - reasonably priced and key accommodation. Sheets had to be changed - handled quickly. Breakfast slightly expensive for limited choice in fruits and healthy choices - too many sweets, comparatively."

"We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Madrid and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Madrid. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality. What really made our experience stand out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every interaction was positive, and we were consistently impressed by how friendly, attentive and helpful everyone was throughout our stay."

"Very good for shirt stay"

"Zeer lekker ontbijt !"
