"I was disappointed with my stay …I paid a 5 star rate for a 2 star experience. The was stuffy, no water or amenities other than at the front desk. Not a terrible hotel … just not worth the $$! charged. "

"Absolutely loved my stay. I Will certainly stay here again. The only issue I had was with the wifi. It didn’t seem to reach my room and my cell service was having issues in Santa Barbara in general. Such a cute Inn. Came here to unplug from busy life and absolutely was able to do that. About a 30 minute walk to Funk Town for good coffee. Such a beautiful walk. But ultimately you are steps from the beach with free parking and a gated pool. You really are winning staying here. "

"We stayed in the Tree Top Suite. It was spacious and quiet. Breakfast in the solarium was beautiful and relaxing. We were served wine and cookies upon arrival and there is a parking garage available which was very convenient. The bathroom was large and newly renovated. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the property is very clean. It’s a perfect boutique hotel and we will definitely be back. "

"A lovely new and clean space. It had all the amenities you would need plus more. Full kitchen with just enough dishes for a small family. There are 6 units connected in an apartment style building so expect some noise from your neighbors, it's not 100% sound proof. Parking is tight, space for 1 medium size vehicle. Leave the truck at home, it will not fit. Overall an excellent stay that is a few short blocks from the sand."

However, we were there for two nights and NEVER received maid service, even after going to the office (across the street btw) THREE times and repeatedly being promised service.
