"Great location, but our room was dirty when it was given to us and things where falling apart in the bathroom. The hotel is old and lacked maintenance in the room that was assigned to us.
Staff was great and attentive. But the location is great right next to Termini."

"The hotel is in a perfect location - walkable to everything in Trastavere. The staff was super helpful, and the free breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself wasn’t in the best condition. Lots of wear and tear and starting to show its age. It was great to have a balcony, but our bathroom wasn’t super clean. Strangely our room had only two usable outlets - none in the bathroom and none on or near the bed. We had to charge our phones across the room and couldn’t use hair tools in the bathroom....
