"Hotel was in a great location, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. There was always someone near the front entry to help, answer questions, get a cab, etc. My 3 rating has to do with our Expedia VIP status. I booked this hotel for that reason. On check-in, we weren’t acknowledged as VIP, no upgrades, no higher floor for view, no free breakfast , etc. I had to ask about it at checkout and was told we had an $18 food credit. Just the cleanliness of the room when we arrived was not up to standard still had trash from previous people staying and seemed like noone checked the bathroom for soaps and towels cause everything was out such a a disappointment for the price i payed. "Staff was wonderful and very friendly. My 6 year old had a blast in the indoor pool area. However, I will say if he was a little bit smaller I'm not sure he would have enjoyed it as much. We will definitely be back and hope to catch some rays outdoors! When leaving, my son asked if we could go back, so it was a win for all!"
