"This is a good airport hotel if you are having a day on the front or back end of your travel through Delhi. The description on the Expedia website about an airport shuttle is misleading - it’s NOT free - the hotel will charge you for this service. The WiFi was challenging - we had to have a technician come to our room to get 4 devices logged in. Easy to walk from the hotel to restaurants in the Worldmark Centre. "

"The location is very good and staff were friendly. Comfort bed and clean linen provided. They also provide the airport transfers and sightseeing of Delhi and Agra. "We stayed here for two nights. A nice upscale feeling hotel, the room was a tad bit small from what we expected for the price. The staff were helpful, the concierge, security and the restaurant servers were all super nice and polite. Strangely, all the staff at the reception felt a bit smug for some reason, not the friendliest of bunch for sure. While I didn't mind the hotel, I wouldn't go back to this one if I ever have to be in New Delhi again."

"Yes - the spa was wonderful. Massages in India range around $35 and they are WONDERFUL. Do it! Loved the breakfast items - good start for the day. The hotel however is in a part of Delhi that is far from everything. We had to drive 45 -75+ mins to go anywhere. But I saw that with everything we did so the traffic had a lot to do with the transportation challenge. "

"I'd have given it 4 or 5 stars except for one very bad experience which is causing me to give a poor rating. It has to do with laundry I had put out of my room one morning. A staff person (who was delivering newspapers) grabbed it out of my hands. But I never received it that evening. I called the front desk, but they did not return my call and did not know. Next morning, the same staff person who had picked the laundry bag said he does not remember anything. Different staff people kept asking...
