"The food was horrible "

"very clean smell really fresh and like you are at home, staff some rude but others very nice people,breakfast I was waiting for better continental breakfast, pool not good one,beach view not what I reserved ocean view they gave me very bad view to the ocean partial and city side, not worthy what I reserved"

"The room was fine. Maybe time for a renovation. The plumbing would make loud noise in the middle of the night. The bed was ok but the pillows were so worn out and flat. The lady that checked us in was ok but not very friendly. We have been coming here for awhile, this was the first time i did not feel the aloha spirit. "

"Checking in was convenient. Staff was very attentive - provided us with clean and fresh towels in a very timely manner whenever we requested. Parking was easy once you figure out where the entrance is. Hotel was conveniently located in the middle of everything in Waikīkī - everything was pretty much walking distance from the hotel. The hotel and room itself felt pretty luxurious. Only thing that we didn’t really like was the small bathroom sinks. Otherwise, highly recommend! "
