"Views from the rooms were pretty. The rooms need attention. You share a deck with all the rooms on your block. The heating/air system is very loud and disrupts sleep.
Staff was nice."

"The room we stayed in definitely needed maintenance. Frayed carpet edges, unaligned tiles, excessive caulking, calcium buildup, etc. but it was spacious and aesthetically pleasing.
However the stay was so relaxing and beautiful even in October. The view was just gorgeous and all the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. As a nontraditional couple I was extremely pleased with the positive treatment we received.
The grounds were well maintained and the spa was amazing. I just got glowing...

"Perfect experience all around. But very noisy at 8 am - maintenance trucks, etc too loud. Would be better if they started at 9 am. A little jarring to hear the noise right outside rooms so early"

"loved this place. Beautiful room with furniture and accessories you'd kill to have at home. From manager Chip to front desk staff, this place really takes care of its guests. And the room was styled out with really worthy snacks and mini bar (and the coolest tea kettle and tea selection). Steps from the beach and all the fun bars and restaurants near the marina. Would go again (bonus, they love dogs; the double queen room was super comfortable for my wife and me, 11yr old and two active...

"We were only there for a quick overnight trip, so we didn’t make use of any amenities.
We traveled with four people in one vehicle, but were charged valet parking fees for two vehicles. I’m still awaiting the refund for that.
The hotel and area are absolutely beautiful."

"Great Location and Amenities, but Disappointing Noise Levels
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the hotel offered o
some amenities, and the breakfast each morning was very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the sauna area and its showers could definitely benefit from better cleaning and maintenance.
Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. The walls are extremely thin, and we found ourselves...

"The estate was nice and comfortable, with decent beds and nice linen. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather and were hit by a storm with pouring rain. Neither the TV nor the internet worked during our stay. There were also no common areas or facilities apart from the apartment itself."
