"Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I love a bathroom with good lighting and the tv in the vanity mirror was fantastic to catch the morning news as we got ready!!
The staff was exceptional. From check in, to drinks at the bar, to room service, everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hotel Arista. "

"The surrounding area was nice but This property is nothing like the unit that was advertised, and I feel completely misled. I reached out immediately after noticing the issue and asked to be switched to the correct unit, but my request was ignored.
The condition of the place is absolutely unacceptable. The walls are filthy and look like they haven’t been cleaned or maintained in years. There are bugs throughout the unit, which raises serious concerns about sanitation and hygiene. To make...
