"建物や部屋の内装〜家具などは素晴らしいです。
気になった事は2点です。
チェックイン、チェックアウトを含め、朝食会場での従業員の態度などは最悪です。この点だけなら星は１つです。やる気がないなら転職すべきです。そういうものを求める方にはお勧めできないホテルです。
もう一点は、Wifiが弱すぎる点です。
私は4階の部屋でしたから他の環境は分かりませんが、とにかく繋がらない、すぐに切れるで使い物になりません。
以上の2点が大きなマイナスポイントです。施設などは本当に素晴らしいので勿体無いです・・・"

"Beautiful tropical landscape with a big infinity pool. Swam laps every day. Large comfy rooms and bed. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We will return!"
