"This is really lovely hotel. It is modern, clean and comfortable but still has character. Much of the character and charm comes from the friendly, helpful staff who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The restaurant food is great and good value and the roof top pool although small gives amazing views around the city. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It is a small hotel with a very big heart. "

"Our room was an icebox, in all the best ways, especially when it’s 100 outside. Our room was perfect…plenty of space, a soaking tub, couch/sitting area. Staff is wonderful and hotel is walking distance to all the POIs without being in the center of the noise. Pool is beautiful and quiet for wading and relaxing in a daybed by a waterfall. Delicious buffet and alacart breakfast and taxis/tuk tuks on demand. Loved this place, highly recommended "

"I would avoid booking this hotel for the following reasons; - they “upgraded” our room which felt like a downgrade, we didn’t need more floor space. - they carried our suitcase by the wheel which broke it. - Rooms were tidy but not really clean, more like a serviced apartment where it depends on how the person before left it. - breakfast was very limited. - they forgot to charge Some positives; - one reception staff member was really nice - pool and gym were decent (indoor pool) - it was reasonably cheap, but so were lots of other options. "This place is conveniently located near Monivong Boulevard and Psar Thmey. It's a great value: not luxurious, but I don't feel like I'm compromising safety or comfort. Cold A/C, helpful staff, loads of hot water. The internet access isn't great, but I have a generous data plan on my phone, so it wasn't an issue. Pro-tip: skip the expensive hotel breakfast and walk to the corner. There's a shop within spitting distance that sells the city's best bai sach chrouk (grilled pork on rice), which matches perfectly with the sweet iced coffee. And in the evenings, they sell beef skewers and baguettes. Some of the best food in the Penh."
