"Sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem Service der einem 5 Sterne Haus entspricht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und sehr umfangreich. Der Pool ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, viele Fliesen sind bereits abgefallen, allerdings dennoch ein traumhaft schöner Pool mit tollem Ausblick. Es könnte mehr Liegemöglichkeiten geben. "I would recommend this hotel, we stayed 5 nights and nothing went sideways. The room was like the photos, clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice. Just be aware that the gym was located in a bedroom and it had one treadmill, one climber and a few weights. Not really a gym feeling. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the same for all 5 days, so don’t expect a variety. The hotel is nicely located, close to all major attractions, walkable. "Affordable accommodation with supermarket and several dining options nearby. Property was clean and in good condition - had games room, pool table, foosball table and table tennis table for entertainment within the accommodation. Room service was good - staff were friendly and accommodated to requests even when late at night. Ordered room service once and the food was good - affordable and came in pretty decent portion. "

"Overall the Hotel was ok. Our room unfortunately smelled like sewer and we needed to keep the air-condition on full scale to keep the smell tolerable. Overall service was poor the concierge was not able to understand English. Reception did not even bother to ask how our stay was when checking out. Breakfast was average, they had a manager only to take notes at the breakfast buffet, but missed out to provide a good service to the client."
