"My booking was paid in full with Expedia. However, upon checking in, they asked for my credit card to "verify." When I checked out, I told them again that I already paid and should not be charged again. I was told there is no charge. However, after returning home and checked my credit card, the booking was fully charged by the hotel even though Expedia already collected up front. I contacted Expedia and was assured that the hotel will refund me. I'm still waiting for my refund as of this review."

I will say staff were great throughout while we were immediately moved to another room and all the issues were quickly resolved before returning to our original room the next day, where afterwards everything was fine. Just a situation where things didn’t go exactly as planned, but the matter was professionally resolved."

"I like how nice and big the property was but there are so many rules about being a guest there with the security guards always being so rude that it’s not worth it. It’s better to be at a true hotel and be treated like guests instead of being ushered to move out of the way all the time."

"Windows are poorly sealed so you can hear every motorcycle horn all night, mattress feels like you are sleeping on springs, and the A/C did not cool well. Aesthetically is a nice place unfortunately you cannot test these things through the photos so lost 1 night of reservation money as I could not sleep there another night. It truly is a shame that there are out more protections in place for reservations. You basically look at beautiful photos and book a week only to be disappointed and out of...
