"-When we checked in, the front desk didn’t tell us exact building number, just asked us to go to the back of the building, we found there are some buildings at the back but didn’t know what the building is for us. We had to try couple buildings and found our building E.
-I asked front desk for morning call but no morning call as expected."

"Unfortunately our room (which was very nice) was next to the laundry room. At least two times around 1:00 am and 2:00 am, someone was slamming doors which woke my husband and myself up from a restful sleep. We also were hearing loud noises, and were not sure if it was the washing machine, or the elevators.
Maybe suggest a sign for the laundry room for washing times from 7 am-10 pm.
Next time we will ask not to get a room next to the laundry room and elevators."
