"Had hairs and food in both beds. A/c didn't cool at all was told by others that was staying had some issues. Breakfast is over 20 dollars a person and not good at all. Have to pay to park your car at this place even if you have a room it's 18 a night. Will not ever stay here again. For what you pay a night parking should be free and the Breakfast."

"A luxury motel worth every penny! Location is outstanding. Our room was spacious and room to move around. We will definitely be returning in August. Only drawback, we chose to park our own car and not use valet service. Don't quite understand why off-site parking is charged it’s a small walk. Trolley was never available as we were coming or leaving. Overall our granddaughter enjoyed her visit."

"Excellent weekend stay. Property is well located to enjoy all of the activities Gatlinburg has to offer, but removed from the overly crowded area so you have peace and quiet in the evening.
