"Avoid do not stay here spend your money elsewhere. Staff unhelpful third party reservation issues with Expedia. Don’t put your property on third party sites if you are going to blame them. Staff needs to learn how to discuss things with customers. Room reeked of weed and cigarettes was to be feather free highly allergic to feathers. Terrible"

"Pure luxury and decadence is how I would describe the Abbey. The hotel is located on a hill with a gorgeous view of the Hudson. They have afternoon cookies and coffee to relax and enjoy the sunset over the Hudson. The bed is very, very comfortable in each room has its own thermostat. Towels were wet but we worked that part out. great gym facilities in building and a fun basement equipped with (adult) games! rooftop was not open, even to enjoy the sunny day.. which meant the pool too was not available. ...

"After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us.
