"When we arrived we were told our room wasn’t ready yet, even though check in was at 4:00 pm and it was 5:30pm. The staff was very apologetic and made sure to get us a room as quickly as possible. Once we got to our room we noticed it hadn’t been cleaned very well. There were hair balls in the bathroom, and dirt on the floor. "We were promised a check in at 2pm the day of per Henry when we called that morning as directed. He said to call around 1230pm to see if we could get in sooner but 2pm was guaranteed. We arrived at 1230 and were told to call every 1/2 hr by Mia as the room was no longer guaranteed. We checked every 30 min.
