What a beautiful hotel! It's just as grand in real life as it looks in the photos, and the friendliness of the staff matches. Everyone was so kind and warm, from the valet to the bellhop the the front desk. The breakfast was delicious and filling and despite the weather dropping the temperature into the 30s, my room was cozy and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay very much, thank you!

Very nice and historical hotel. One of the nicer ones I’ve stayed at, room was clean (although kind of small), gym was great, overall great experience. Not many amenities otherwise, no pool or breakfast, yes restaurant in lobby.

This hotel is not your typical Westin. It was nice but the facility is old. There was only one working elevator, no breakfast, noisy since it is right on High Street, and rooms were pretty small. It was still comfortable. I probably would not stay here again. It was functional since we were moving my son into college.

Clean room, nice staff, great location downtown for us. Walking distance to the Book Loft and German village. You unforrunately hear sirens and loud vehicles during the night. We were on the 6th floor we ate breakfast at the restaurant and it was good and reasonably priced. Free coffee is offered in the lobby but no flavored creamers.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful! They accommodated our request for an early check-in which was extremely helpful. The AC units were a bit loud and startling at times. There was also a little hair and toilet paper in our toilet upon arrival so unsure of what that was! Everything else was clean.
