"Valet is gone. Self park and walk. Wasn’t expecting that at $500/night.
Poor shower pressure.
Left a bag of toiletries in the room. Called the same day, left a message. Went back the next day to try and get them. Left my details again for the housekeeping manager. Never heard back.
Vibe in general was off. It felt rather unattended. Miss the Biltmore feeling. Stay at the Omni."

"Property and room were clean but very industrial looking in the rooms. Not much color - lots of concrete. Staff was friendly but no free coffee. Be prepared to pay $4.50 a cup. Parking is across the street in an unsecured lot and they charge for you to park overnight."

"Good location, right next to the stadium. But had a bad experience, at 7:50 am got woken up by the room service trying to get into my room and knocking repeatedly at the door even after stating there was people sleeping the room."
