"Sundance resort is beautiful! Nestled right up to the mountains with gorgeous views. We stayed in the cottages and loved it going for a hike to the waterfalls right out our backdoor! Upon check-in unfortunately there was some used pool towels left in our room from the cleaning staff by accident, so they immediately moved us to another room, helped us move our bags and apologized profusely. No hotel is ever perfect, but they genuinely cared and acted quickly to move us. The cottage they moved us...

"3rd party canceled booking without letting me know. "Supposedly" there was an issue with my credit card even though the charge for the booking went through the day i made the booking, hence the reason it said booked and i was sent a receipt.
