"Spent 6 nights at the crown plaza, this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Rooms were ok but the beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Also there were food stains and rips on the bedding.
Food was good and plenty to eat for everyone. Service was very slow and often found myself wait just to get a simple cup of coffee.
My biggest complaint was the room cards. Every time I stepped out and then came back my card stopped working. Every day at least 3 times I had to go to reception to get my key card...

"Staff should improve on understanding English to avoid giving wrong answers for eg i asked whether the room has been paid for when check-in the male staff said yes however the next day while checking out another female staff said I have to pay for the room. Miscommunication. "

"A good, solid hotel that is clean, tidy, provides good breakfast and gets the job done whilst you’re in town. Brace yourself for sub-average Radisson Blu polish and finish — ratty bathrobes that are threadbare and stained, sealant in the bathrooms long since gone, and a room safe that isn’t actually bolted in and can simply be lifted in its entirety do not belong in this brand. "Promptness at work and also handling of each and very individual enquiry with utmost care requirements were missing and reminders were required to be placed to get anything done.
Overall a great experience but this could be improved.
Luxury hotel stays aren’t the same as they were back in the nineties or early 2000.
Maybe it’s just me but this is what I felt. "

"次はこのホテルを選ばないであろう。部屋のエアコンが全く効かなく滞在中故障は直らなかった。日中に29°cまで上昇し他のお客もかなり不満を置いていた。部屋を変わっていただいてが、やはり日中は室温が上昇し同じであった。バスタブにお湯貯めると茶色いお湯がたまり、フィルターが効いてないと思われる。ティッシュボックスとスリッパがなかった。朝食 も7時から準備が出来ていない。しかし オムレツ美味しいかった。WiFiも２デバイスまでで足りない。部屋を変わってからは wi-fi が常に切断して使用できなかった。"
